This past October, Cao Dewang, a billionaire from China, opened a new factory in Moraine, Ohio. We meet Dewang in Moraine, where he gives us a tour of the factory, and talks to us about his decision to open it, the business climate in the U.S. and the differences between American and Chinese workers (over lunch at a nearby Chinese restaurant he likes).

We also talk to a factory worker who used to work for GM, but is happy about his new gig, and the mayor of the town, which suddenly has thousands more jobs than it did less than a year ago.
